| Since
1995, Flaps Down has created their own style of music. Original members Steve
Samolewicz, Ed Osepowicz and Walter Bak are lifelong friends and
classmates since the 60’s. They are in their 40’s, and
together, are fulfilling their childhood dreams of making music together.
Accompanied by music veteran Steve Nalewanski, Flaps Down has entertained their
fans with countless original tunes as well their own versions of popular
cover tunes. |

Featuring Samolewicz on lead guitar, Bak on drums,
bass from Nalewanski, and Osepowicz on sax and vocals, Flaps Down creates a
unique blend of rock, soul, rhythm and blues, and country/folk that is sure to
please almost anyone. |
| Venues for the band have included two years at
the Taste of Northampton, a show at Northampton’s First Night, a Cancer
Walk-a-Thon benefit concert, and lots of local gigs. This year has proven to be the best one yet for Flaps Down with CD release parties
and an opening act at the Northampton Airport Country
Barnstorming Festival. |
